🚚 Shipping Policy –  Vyomii

At Vyomii, we’re committed to delivering your style statements swiftly, safely, and seamlessly. Whether you're ordering a classic essential or a limited-edition accessory, we make sure it reaches you with care and efficiency.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and offer international shipping to select countries. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, please contact our support team at  MTPSPGROUP@GMAIL.COM for assistance.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

Domestic (India):

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Note: During high-demand periods, dispatches may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait!


💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping rate of ₹99 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee (displayed at checkout).

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your Vyomii account to check the real-time status of your order.


📍 Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Shiprocket for domestic deliveries, and DHL, FedEx, and Aramex for international shipments.


Shipping Delays

Vyomii is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, weather disruptions, customs clearance issues, or carrier delays. However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving the issue quickly.


📦 Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package:

  • Domestic Orders: We will contact you to reschedule delivery (reshipping charges may apply).

  • International Orders: Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping and return-to-origin charges.


🛡️ Shipping Insurance & Damaged Packages

All orders are securely packed. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at MTPSPGROUP@GMAIL.COM

We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
