Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

• Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons (e.g., intimate wear, personalized items).

Return Process

3. Once approved, you can send the item back to our provided address.

4. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@vyomii.com.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they may already be processed or shipped.
