Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
You reported the issue within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo or video proof.
The return was approved and the item was received back in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery
Incorrect sizing or fit issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
Orders returned without prior approval
Items purchased during a sale or with discount coupons
Customized or made-to-order products
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless specifically approved by our team
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back to you.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the same payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) used during the purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
If a return shipping label was provided by us, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the return reason does not meet the eligibility criteria.
